018: NIMROD Yoga

Yoga is a gentle form of exercise of various postures, breathing and relaxation techniques for strength and flexibility. It aids in reducing physical and mental stress calming our mind.
I chose Yoga as my subject for Canvas project hoping it can be taken forward to Crick knowing how it has helped many here at NIMR. It would be very beneficial for Crick to provide Yoga as it is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
